Q: How does Online Coaching work?

It's super simple! You'll get a custom training program to follow on your own (either at home or in a gym — your choice!).

All workouts are tailored to YOUR specific goals, whether that's weight loss, muscle gain, getting stronger, or just learning more about training. You'll also get a nutrition plan designed for your goals.

Each week, we'll have a proper check-in to see how you're getting on & make any needed adjustments. Plus, I'm available for 1-1 support throughout the week via Instagram messages. It's like having a PT in your pocket! 💪🏼

Q: I've tried everything before and nothing worked. How is this different?

Honestly, I hear this ALL the time! Most of my clients have tried tons of things before coming to me. The difference is that I create plans that are actually sustainable and work for YOUR life. We won't be doing any mad diets or unrealistic workout schedules. Plus, I'm there every step of the way to adjust things when needed.

Q: Will lifting weights make me bulky?

Absolutely not! This is one of the biggest myths out there. Check my transformation posts — I use weighted exercises with ALL my clients, especially for weight loss! Weights will help you burn fat faster and create that toned look most women want.


Trust me, it takes a LOT of effort (and often supplements) to get "bulky" with weights. What you'll actually get is a stronger, more defined physique. Have a look at any of my client transformations for proof! 🔥

Q: How long before I see results?

Everybody's different, but most of my clients start seeing proper changes within 4-6 weeks. Nicole lost 12 pounds in just 6 weeks! But remember, it's not just about the scale — you'll notice changes in how your clothes fit, your energy levels, and how strong you feel in training.


The key is consistency — show up for your workouts, follow the nutrition plan, and trust the process. Some goals like serious muscle gain take longer (like my own transformation took time!), but you'll be amazed at what your body can do when you give it the right training and nutrition 📈

Q: How many days a week do I need to train?

Your training plan will be tailored to your schedule and goals, but most of my clients train 3-4 times per week with me. I also recommend including regular walking or other light activity throughout your week.


Remember, consistency is what gets results, not killing yourself in every session! We'll find a schedule that works for YOUR life so you can actually stick with it long-term 🫶🏼

Q: I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?

100% yes! I work with women of all fitness levels, including complete beginners. We'll start exactly where YOU are and build from there. I'll make sure you learn proper form and get comfortable with all the exercises.
